Learn about French & Jupps’ rich 336-year heritage, beginning in West Sussex and Kew Bridge, London, before settling in Hertfordshire, where they have been located for the last 121 years, sourcing barley from local farms within 30 miles of their Stanstead Abbotts site.
Attendees will enjoy a light lunch with coffee and sandwiches upon arrival before exploring the facility, taking a closer look at the loading and unloading process, steeping, germination, and roasting process of their 14 handcrafted Crystal and Patent malts with a relaxed Q&A format throughout.
The tour will conclude with a malt spirit tasting (vodka-based) to explore flavour profiles of their malt varieties, with each attendee receiving a copy of the French & Jupps brewers’ malt collection booklet.
