A walkaround the City's sustainable planting and drainage schemes

A walk around the City's Sustainable Urban Drainage sites explaining how they work and why they are needed in the City of London. 

This will also include viewing the new sustainable planting and habitats created.

The walk will be led by Tim Munday, Lead Environmental Resilience Officer for the City of London.

Attendees need to have reasonable mobility for a walk of approximately 90 minutes around the City of London.

Optional drinks at the end.

Meeting point
Participants should gather at Bucklersbury (round the back of the magistrates court) at 15:45, and the walk will commence at 16:00.

Weather
This event is an outdoor walking tour and is therefore subject to weather conditions outside our control. The walk will proceed in most weather conditions, including light rain. Participants are advised to dress appropriately for the weather on the day and comfortable walking shoes. In the event of severe weather that could pose a safety risk the organisers reserves the right to modify the route, shorten the event, or cancel it entirely.

Cancellation & Notification
In the event of cancellation or significant alteration, registered participants will be notified as soon as practicable via the email address provided at the time of booking through Ticket Tailor. Participants are encouraged to ensure their email address is correct when registering.
