Lúcida is a Portuguese cooperative working with organizations, territories and people to develop the capacity to navigate complexity with greater clarity, coherence and care.

Coming from living systems thinking and regenerative development, Lúcida supports teams, institutions and place-based projects to connect more deeply, uncover potential, make better strategic decisions and develop an intelligence that remains beyond the space of intervention.

The approach to work bridges territory, organisation and human development and its intelligences, helping projects move from fragmented intention to more coherent and life-affirming action.

We are four practitioners bridging science, economics, real estate, and strategy, coming together as a cooperative since December 2024, being a collective for years before that, partners of Regenesis Institute and Regenesis Europe.
