Dr Joanna Abeyie MBE CC JP is Founder and Managing Director of Blue Moon & Partners, a strategic consultancy helping organisations turn strategy into operational capability through leadership, culture, and values. A former Civil Service Commissioner and Head of Creative Diversity at the BBC, Magistrate and Common Councillor for the City of London, Joanna has advised organisations including the Private Third and Public sector, including the Metropolitan Police and FTSE businesses, on culture transformation, leadership, and organisational change. A former BBC Head of Creative Diversity and award-winning entrepreneur, she is recognised for helping leaders navigate complexity, build trust, and translate organisational values into behaviours that drive performance in an increasingly AI-enabled and rapidly changing world.
