Designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Expect to work up a sweat as we flow through a series of challenging asanas and transitions, seamlessly linked by breath.
Throughout this practice, you will be building strength, improving flexibility, improving stability and elevating your mind-body connection, leaving you feeling energised and powerful. Modifications and adaptations of poses will always be offered to you, making this practice accessible for all.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time, bring water, and wear comfortable workout clothing..
