Learn to make multi-textured bowls from slabs in this 3-week handbuilding class with Darcy Kane. Students in this class will learn slab rolling, texturing/surface embellishment, cutting, forming, and attachment, and then use glazes and underglazes to create a unique collage bowl. Make a fancy food-safe dish for your table, a decorative piece for your home, or an artistic flower pot! Tuition includes up to 5 lbs of clay, materials and firings. 6-hour class. Ages: teen-adult. Level: beginner-Intermediate
