Art in the Park 2026 - Bring your own gazebo 6x3m

This booking page is if you have been invited to participate in Leamington Art in the Park Festival 2026 for a Bring your own gazebo 6x3m spot. Your gazebo needs to be set up on Friday 31st July, we will advise you of your morning/afternoon set up slot closer to the event. If we have authorised you sharing a gazebo with one or more other artists, an extra charge applies. One artist is included in the price. Each additional artist is £20 each - only those artists who applied via our selection process and have been approved by us, may trade at our festival. Tables and chairs need to be provided by you, however we are happy to supply them for you for a small charge - please click BUY TICKETS for more information. Your stand site position will be pre-determined and you cannot change locations.

All Artists must supply their own Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Risk Assessment (RA), by 15 March. All information is on your acceptance email please refer to this for more details.
