Art in the Park 2026 Artist Village

This booking page is if you have been invited to participate in Leamington Art in the Park Festival 2026 for a Artist Village spot. Where possible, you should set up your stand on Friday 31st July (Saturday from 7am if you can't make Friday), we will advise you of your morning/afternoon set up slot on 2nd closer to the event. One table and one chair will be provided by us, however we are happy to supply an extra chair for you for a small charge - please click on BUY TICKETS for more information. Your stand site position will be pre-determined and you cannot change locations.

All Artists must supply their own Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Risk Assessment (RA), by 15 March. All information is on your acceptance email please refer to this for more details.
