Leander Club x HRR 2025

Welcome to Leander Club x Henley Royal Regatta 2025!

From Tuesday 1st July to Sunday 6th July, we will be serving breakfast in the Clubhouse, lunch (Marquee and Clubhouse), afternoon tea (Marquee and Clubhouse) and dinner (Clubhouse). Tables for the Day will be available every day on the Digby Floating Bar. There is no dinner service on Sunday. 

Only Leander Club Members may book tickets. You will need your membership number to book. Tickets will be deleted with no refund if booked by non-Members.

We understand plans can change, however, to prevent others from missing out, we are obliged to adhere to a strict no refund policy after June 2nd. We kindly ask you to only book tickets you are sure you require.

Bookings close on Friday 20th June at 9am.

Guest passes

Members will receive their metal badge, plus 2 guest passes for every day. When you make a meal booking, you will be given as many additional guest passes you need for your guests. For e.g. if you book a table of 6, we will send you an additional 3 guest passes.

Additional guest passes

Subject to availability, you can buy up to 7 further daily guest passes for entry only. Bearers of these additional passes may be required to queue on a 'one in one out' basis in the busiest periods to ease overcrowding. 

Booking rules

Members may make ONE lunch booking per day either inside or outside. Minimum booking - 2 people. Maximum booking inside – 6 people for lunch, 10 for dinner. Maximum booking outside – 10 people. Members wishing to book for parties larger than 10, may do so for dinner. Please call the office or email regatta@leander.co.uk to book groups of more than 10.
