Leander Club x HRR 2026

Welcome to Leander Club at Henley Royal Regatta 2026!

From Tuesday 30 June to Sunday 5 July, we will be serving breakfast in the Clubhouse, lunch (Marquee and Clubhouse), afternoon tea (Marquee and Clubhouse) and dinner (Clubhouse). There is no dinner service on Sunday.

There are three key changes to be aware of this year.

• Members will receive their metal badge, plus two guest passes for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and ONE guest pass for Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• We are no longer including complimentary guest passes for diners - please ensure you purchase enough tickets to get your guests in - there may not be additional tickets available at the door.
• All tickets will be numbered and linked to your membership profile.

We understand plans can change, however, to prevent others from missing out and in line with HRR, we are obliged to adhere to a strict no refund policy. We kindly ask you to only book tickets you are sure you require. 

Bookings close on Tuesday 16 June at 10am.

Additional guest passes

Subject to availability, you can buy up to 7 further daily guest passes for entry on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 8 daily guest passes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

Booking rules

Only Leander Club members may book tickets. You will need your membership number to book. Tickets will be cancelled and not refunded if booked fraudulently.

Members may make ONE lunch booking per day either inside or outside. Minimum booking - 2 people. Maximum booking inside – 6 people for lunch, 10 for dinner. Maximum booking outside – 10 people. Members wishing to book for parties larger than 10, may do so for dinner. Please call the office or email regatta@leander.co.uk to book groups of more than 10.
