This event marks the 5th anniversary of Lean In Equity & Sustainability. We celebrate it honouring how far we’ve come and choosing how we move forward!

As AI becomes more present in our work and everyday decision making, many of us are feeling new pressure around speed, trust and staying in control. Join us to explore your relationship with AI and how you want to lead as things accelerate.

We will explore how AI is changing day to day work decisions and, where relevant, how it can shift who decides, who is accountable and what gets prioritised. Moving from the subtle influence of the Year of the Snake into the bold momentum of the Year of the Horse, the focus is on direction, agency and purposeful speed, not technical detail.

We will examine common behaviour traps, practical safety considerations and what human oversight looks like.

• A simple framework for using AI intentionally

Facilitated by Caroline Ongeri, a sustainability and human rights leader currently studying AI governance. She will be joined by Mishka Nemes, AI Researcher, to explore how AI is shaping decision-making, accountability, and leadership.
