We did this online in October. It worked. Now, for 2026, we're doing it in person.
Join Louise Gregson-Williams, Keir Whitaker, Rosie Hawkins, and a guest panellist for an evening of ‘Never Have I Ever’ on the realities of running a business.
So much of what you see is the part where people have it all figured out - how they made a mil-in-a-minute, how they signed every client - and then they use this as a business model for making you feel as though you aren't doing enough. Ever.
This event isn't another 'how I made 6 figures' story... These are real examples with refreshingly candid reassurance that no two journeys in business are ever the same. It's anything but a 'day in the life' glossy highlight reel with the perfect office, the perfect clients, and the perfect life.
Join us for Never Have I Ever LIVE, where we'll take a look at the questions that keep you up at night. The situations you think only you've experienced. The 'Is it only me?' moments. Turns out, we've all been there. And we've all dealt with them differently, because despite what LinkedIn tells you - there's no 'right way' to do business.
If you're up for honest conversation with business owners who get it, and a cosy after-works drinks vibe, this is the event to uplift you on a cold, and probably wet, January evening.
What we'll talk about:
- Topics such as pricing woes, lessons learnt, difficult clients, and wondering if you've made a huge mistake. Not sanitised. Not theoretical
- Real examples of how we've handled situations
- The reassurance that there's no right way to do this
- Ideas and new perspectives for you to try
- Your own 'Never Have I Ever' moments. Ask the question you've been sitting on in a small and supportive group setting with people who've been there
Your hosts:
- Louise Gregson-Williams – Left her secure civil service job overnight (no side-hustle) to launch LEAP Thirtytwo, helping B2B businesses go from nowhere to noticed. Almost four years in and still learning.
- Rosie Hawkins – Director of RedHawk Events, designing events that create lasting impact. With 18+ years of business ups, downs, and everything in between.
- Keir Whitaker – Marketing and business strategist juggling multiple hats, supporting soloists and Shopify partners while running Craft+Work. Proof that running your own business rarely looks like the textbook.
- Philippa Knott Kos - With a background in social policy, grant funding and charity management, Philippa is in the midst of having one foot in employment and carving out her own path as a freelancer. Turns out "who am I when I'm not my job title?" is both an existential crisis and a practical business question.
Includes:
- Portal Pizza and conversation on arrival
- 90-minute candid conversation with the panellists and other attendees
- An understanding and relaxed atmosphere with a ‘let’s chat about it’ vibe

FAQs
Is this a boozy event?
Not in the same way as my university days! Whether you drink alcohol or not, are doing dry or try January, everyone is welcome. The Never Have I Ever angle comes from the honesty and transparency that typically comes with this drinking game. Conversation is what we're encouraging, not sinking a dirty pint. This is also why a drink is not included in the ticket price to allow you to freely pick your poison.
How do I get there?
