In this practical half-day session, Louise Gregson-Williams will guide you through what makes certain businesses genuinely memorable, break down the moments that create that reaction, and then equip you with the know-how to do exactly that.

You'll see examples of what makes a great delighter and why they work, be walked through how to create your own, and work with the room to sense-check and sharpen your idea. You'll leave with a hero delighter with your name on it, ready to make your business more memorable.

1. Get to know the room - meet your fellow attendees and networking
2. Learn from the best - understand the anatomy of a great Marketing Delighter and see some examples in the wild
3. Make your own - working in pairs and individually, you'll create your own Delighter to make your business memorable
4. Put it into practice - you'll leave the session with a hero Delighter and a plan for how to implement it in your business this month
