My Vote My Voice: Getting ready to vote
On the 4th July we will be having a general election to decide who will be the next government.
There are 1.5 million people with a learning disability in the UK but we know 25% aren’t registered to vote.
We want to make sure as many people as possible are registered to vote and can have there say!
Join the My Vote My Voice team in this informal session to hear about:
- Hear about what to expect at the polling station when you go to vote
- Peoples experience of voting in past elections
- Talk about where to find out about what each party stands for
Everyone is welcome at this webinar, the session is aimed at people with learning disabilities and people who support them.
