Making Positive Moves is a research project looking at the experiences of people with learning disabilities from across England who have moved out of assessment and treatment units, psychiatric or mental health hospitals and forensic units, and who have lived in their own homes for at least six months.

Making Positive Moves is about understanding how people build the foundations to live their best lives after discharge from hospital

In this session Louisa Rhodes from the Making Positive Moves team will talk about explain the project and show a short animation which tells the story of the research findings.
There will be an opportunity to reflect on how the Making Positive Moves model can be used to support people to live their best life.
