Accessible Information Standard Update – Information webinar

Learning Disability England and the Valuing People Alliance (part of the Health and Wellbeing Alliance) is holding an information webinar about the updated Accessible Information Standard on Friday 28^th November from 1pm to 2pm.

Background

During the summer the Accessible Information Standard was updated. This includes an additional step in the process, a new self-assessment framework and a variety of new documents to support the standard.

What to expect from the webinar

The webinar will introduce the updates to the Accessible Information Standard, highlight what people should expect from NHS and adult social care services and explore how it can relate to voluntary and community groups.

Who is the webinar aimed at?

The webinar is aimed at people with a learning disability and/or autism, and voluntary and community organisations.
