Lino Café

The Lino Café is a space to learn, create and explore with fellow linocut enthusiasts.

All materials and drinks (tea & lemon water) are included in the price

The event is hosted by professional artist Rebeca Ventura (Arte Gorda). Support is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and German upon request.

FIRST TIMER?

Worry not - beginners are very welcome! You will learn the basics of printmaking with one colour on your first class, including:

• What is linocut
• Introduction to the materials
• Negative thinking
• Sketch transfer
• Carving techniques
• Inking
• Printing (incl. basic alignment)

Book the discounted bundle of 4 classes and we will go in depth into sketching and multi-colour printing techniques in the following classes.
