Music at the Institute - Kate Plumtree

The Leatherhead Community Association (LCA) presents an evening of rock music from Kate Plumtree.

Kate Plumtree is a dynamic singer/guitarist, performing popular rock and pop classics from all eras as well as her own material.   For the last 11 years she has taken her act all over the the UK, lighting up stages, venues and events with her rich, rhythmic guitar grooves and mellow, gutsy vocal style.  She has fronted 2 glam rock bands and is currently collaborating with a classical pianist to create songs with an exciting fusion of musical styles.  Kate is a Surrey girl and is delighted to be bringing her music to Leatherhead Institute in front of a home crowd!

Advanced booking saves money, early booking saves more.

Tickets for members of the LCA booked in advance are £7 up to the 18th September, £9 after that.

Tickets for non-members booked in advance are £9 up to the 18th September, £11 after that.

Concessions: people in receipt of means-tested benefits and young people (under 26 years) £5 if booked in advance.

All tickets bought on the day and at the door are £15.

Membership of the Community Association costs £10 per year.

Doors open at 8pm, music starts at 8:30pm and ends by 10:30pm. We do not have an alcohol licence but if you are of age you are welcome to bring your own. There are supermarkets nearby. We supply glasses. You can also make tea and coffee in our kitchen.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Getting to the Leatherhead Institute

The Institute is at the top of Leatherhead High Street, KT22 8AH, on the corner with Leret Way. Leatherhead is served by bus from Kingston and by bus and train from Guildford, Dorking and Epsom. Nearby car parks are the Swan Centre multi-storey on Leret Way (KT22 7JL) and the surface car park on Station Road (KT22 7AF). Both are free after 6pm.
