As part of Leeds Baby Week 2026, join us for Glow & Flow, a warm, uplifting wellbeing experience for expectant parents, created in collaboration with BoomChikkaBoom and Phelt Therapies.

A chance to slow down, connect and celebrate this chapter through gentle movement, self-care, positive affirmations and moments of reflection. Phelt Therapies will also guide you through pregnancy friendly massage and pressure points that can be safely practised on yourself, giving you simple self care techniques to take away and use at home.

With uplifting music alongside nurturing activities, the session puts the focus back on you... supporting confidence, connection and wellbeing as you prepare for birth and beyond.

• Unfortunately, childcare facilities are not available, so we are unable to accommodate children at this event.
• Places are limited, so booking is essential.
