As part of Leeds Baby Week 2026, join us for a Wellness Morning, designed especially for expectant parents who are more than 12 weeks pregnant and parents with babies up to 4 months old.

The session will include:

• Massages provided by Lucy (The Gold Toucan)
• A sound bath led by Lourdes Orozco
• Complimentary refreshments available throughout the morning.

Important Information

• Suitable for those who are pregnant (over 12 weeks) and parents with babies up to 4 months old
• Please bring a pillow and blanket 
• Places are limited, so booking is essential.
