For one day, stage@leeds becomes a Korean market. Makers, brands and artists bring their work over from Seoul and from London — things to look at, things to try, things to take home.
At the booths:

Leasanbang: Korean folk art, minhwa painting, with a hands-on workshop
SL22 Studio: Korea in miniature, handmade craft

Exhibitions:
Flowing Landscapes: From Ink to Code to Fashion
AI-driven fashion by Dr Jihye Park
Flowing Landscapes follows the Korean ink landscape tradition of sansuhwa as it is translated into code and then into cloth. Brushed mountains become digital patterns, while landscape forms are reimagined through pleat, drape and silhouette. The collection is presented through moving image and digital garments, with pattern, form and movement generated and filmed rather than physically cut and sewn.
Traditional Korean Weaving Exhibition & Workshop
Soojin Kang’s work is rooted in the traditions of Korean mat weaving, dotjari, and developed through a contemporary textile practice. Alongside the exhibition, a hands-on workshop gives visitors the opportunity to work with natural fibres and experience the process of weaving for themselves.
Cash and PayPal preferred at the booths.
