In its 5th year, Leeds Winter Market returns on Sunday 3rd December 2023!
We'll be filling New Dock Hall with over 100 carefully curated independent designer makers – from artists, designers & printmakers, to florists, beauty, wellbeing, jewellery, fashion, artisan food sellers, and many more! Here, unique ideas cross paths with a sustainable ideology, and small-batch and preloved are king (or queen)! It’s the ultimate one-stop winter market!
Winter is a time for gathering together, taking a step back and indulging in the finer things in life! We’re so excited to be back! Take the laid-back approach to festive shopping, escape the high street and support the abundance of local and independent businesses on offer. In a world where you can click once and a cardboard box arrives, we believe in taking things back to a time where human contact is key, stories are told and new friends are made, where purveyors of artisan products can talk you through their lovingly made collections.
By shopping consciously for the festive season, we can help reduce waste, lift up small businesses, and pave the way for a brighter future for us and our planet.
And how’s about some seasonal feasting? Leeds Winter Market will bring a host of food vendors with plenty of irresistible choices for meat lovers, vegans, veggie’s, flexi’s and not to mention the little people! You can feast on lunch with fresh ingredients or take home some locally produced food hampers or artisan deli products and small batch gins and beers.
Leeds Winter Market is the brainchild of the founder of Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair, The Vintage Furniture Flea, Shop Kilo and The Indie Flea. Judy believes in individuality, sustainability and elevating small businesses to give them the platform they deserve.

Your items much be made to a high standard, with unique branding & a strong attention to detail & great stall presentation.
We prioritise traders who use sustainable, recycled or upcycled materials & create as little waste as possible.

Terms & Conditions of Booking & Trading with us, LETS GO KILO LTD.
To apply for a stall, your stock must fit into one of our product categories, you can then complete the booking form with full payment in order to be allocated your selected space at the market.
You agree to comply with our terms and conditions when booking & trading at our events.
1. If we feel your stock isn’t suitable for our market at the booking stage you will be contacted and a refund will be issued.
2. If you cancel your booking, the fee is non-refundable or transferable.
3. If we (LETS GO KILO LTD) cancel or postpone the event, your booking will automatically be moved to the next market date at this venue.
4. Your booking cannot be shared or transferred to a 3rd party & cannot be transferred to another event date.5.
5. You will have access for setting up at least 1 hour before the event starts.
6. If you have not arrived 30 minutes before we open to the public, we reserve the right to cancel your space without refund.
7. If you require access to electricity for your stall, you must request this in advance. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested before plugging in to our venues power supply.
8. We the organisers (LETS GO KILO LTD) will bear no liability whatsoever for safety of persons, stock, money or possessions while travelling to, from or during the event. Traders are required to take out their own relevant insurance.
9. The location of trader’s stalls at the event is at the discretion of the organisers & the floorplan is subject to changes.
10. In the interest of Health and Safety & a good customer experience, your stall should be manned at all times whilst the event is open. Please do not pack down your stall until closing time or if earlier, by permission of the event manager.
11. Set-up information for the market will be emailed on the Wednesday before the event. If you have any questions about this event, please email before completing a booking form.
12. We take photographs & video at our events for use in marketing and social media. By attending an event, you are giving us permission to use images/video in which you may be present, these images/footage may be stored and shared. Should you not wish to appear in any images/footage please let us know.
13. LETS GO KILO LTD reserve the right to amend and update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect any changes.
