MORNING BEATS

We love music and we love dancing - it makes us feel GREAT! We also Love to share the experience of dancing in this wonderful building so everyone is invited to join us on Friday mornings to get-down, release those endorphines and get moving! 

We promise highly infectious tunes and lots of space in our beautiful building to get down in your own way! Come along, enjoy the music - bring the family or come solo - relax afterwards with a coffee and brekkie, hop onto that laptop energised for work or skip off into Friday feeling GREAT! 

Dancing is optional of course however it is highly recommended!
