WINNER - 2018 Leicester MercuryComedian of The Year and Chortle’s 2019 Best Newcomer nominee, Jack is an award-winning, stand-up comedian and Hull local and is one of the most unique performers on the UK comedy circuit today. He takes his inspiration from the golden era of variety; Jack is the One-Man Variety Show with the use of sounds, stories, jokes and a scooter!

In the words of Leicester Comedy Festival, after winning the prestigious 2018 Leicester Mercury Comedian of The Year award, "Jack bowled over the judges with his quirky set; a delightful blend of audience participation, wordplay and physical comedy."

Jack is also the winner of 2017’s Amused Moose National New Comic, and more recently nominated for Chortle’s Best Newcomer and Leicester Comedy Festivals’ Best New Show, both in 2019. He recently recorded an episode of Amazon's Audible Presents.

Jack is in huge demand on the live comedy scene. As well as performing across the top UK comedy clubs, Jack has been featured on the comedy stages at various festivals such as Latitude and Glastonbury and has also provided tour support for Lloyd Griffiths. In 2019, he performed his debut solo show, Mr Saturday Night, at the Edinburgh Fringe after performing as part of the prestigious Pleasance Comedy Reserve in 2018.

Recently Jack performed on the Alternative Stage at Reading & Leeds Festival.

‍Fox Dog Studios

Fox Dog Studios, Lloyd Henning and Peter Sutton, are computer programmers turned live performers. They create comedy shows that put the audience in control of interactive games and DIY gadgets. Their live show, “Robot Chef”, was a sell-out at the Edinburgh Fringe and had viewers cook sausage and beans by controlling a robot on their phones (a highlight being firing a hotdog from a cannon).

‍Chris Lynam – King of Clowns

Very few members of the comedy world are worthy of the title ‘genius’; Chris Lynam isn’t one of them but he comes damn close! He is renowned for many things, but mainly for bringing his own brand of crazed humour to bear on unsuspecting audiences. His comedy is wild and exciting, stretching variety to its limits. Any one show may include acrobatics, outlandish operatic and orchestral overtures, flying sousaphones and anything else that may spring to Mr Lynam’s unnecessarily large and vivid imagination!

The funniest man on the planet – Eddie Izzard

Repeatedly impressive, with creative ideas brilliantly executed, including some stand-out set pieces that hilariously flip expectations on their head – Chortle

Chris Lynam is a brilliantly bizarre antidote to today’s truculent society. – The New York Times

Surreal unhinged quality which makes for comic greatness. – The Guardian

Chris’ Eric The Fred show brings to mind Monte Carlo style mime and clown shows of the 1950s and 1960s and very up-market performance art shows. It would not go amiss in Las Vegas and is astonishingly sophisticated, complex and professional. An immense talent. – John Flemming‍

Achingly beautiful and seriously funny for all its grimness, this is a highly structured, well-designed technical show, and yet Lynam’s true brilliance is that he is always there in the moment, contemporary in every way. – The Stage‍

As well as being technically excellent, it’s genuinely perverse and absurd – equal parts David Lynch, Samuel Beckett andLooney Tunes. – The Scotsman

Timeless dark comedy, Eric is a solid display of clowning and physical theatre skill. – The List

The style of the projections called to mind German Expressionist cinema and the silent science fiction films of a George Melies. – TVBomb

Mahout of the bizarre buffoon extraordinaire to wit. – The Times
