Join us for a gentle evening wellbeing session at Hicks Lodge, combining a mindful walk, forest bathing, and soft T’ai Chi & Qigong movements to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with nature.
This session is suitable for beginners and those new to movement or mindfulness practices

What to Expect
During the session, you will take part in:

Forest bathing - immersing your senses in the natural world and being fully present in the moment

Gentle T’ai Chi & Qigong movements for wellbeing
Forest bathing encourages you to slow down, tune into your surroundings, and let go of everyday distractions. T’ai Chi and Qigong combine gentle movement, breathing, and mindfulness to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
No experience is needed - just a willingness to try something new.
