Heritage Week: Science of Sound and Music

Description
Music has long been associated with Irish Heritage and Culture. In this workshop, with Anyone4Science, children will investigate the origin of sound and sound waves, and how these are eventually interpreted as sound by the brain. They will make their own unique sound making Instrument!
Two workshops will be running on Monday the 14th of August, the first from 1-1.45pm, and second from 2-2.45pm.
Please book one ticket for each child attending. Adults don’t need a ticket.
Suitable for Ages 5 - 12.
Membership of all public libraries is free for everyone. You can join at any age and use all of the library services, including our free events.
