Join master Organic Horticulturist Klaus Laitenberger for an informative and enjoyable talk that will cover topics such as: guidelines to seed saving, what to sow and plant in Autumn, making your soil fertile- preventing pests and diseases. Among many other things, Klaus is an inspector for the Organic Trust, was the Head Gardener at The Organic centre in Rossinver, has his own seed company selling heritage, and he has written four gardening books tailored to the Irish climate.
