Thrive, Don’t Survive – A group check-up for social change leaders

As part of Plymouth Social Enterprise Festival, Lend a Helping Hand CIC is hosting an interactive group session (max 12) to help social change leaders take an honest look at their organisation’s health — focusing on purpose, not polish! Together, participants will use a Healthchecker tool to spot strengths and areas that need a little more care, share practical ideas and encouragement, and set clear actions and timelines.

Everyone will also be paired with an accountability buddy to keep the momentum going after the event and the last 30mins are for taking action on one thing identified in the workshop. So if you need to dash for the school run that's not a problem.
