A Taste of Rome with Flour21 Microbakery 

This September, we're heading to the streets of Rome.

Together with Simone from Flour21, we'll explore the timeless dishes of Italy's capital through a five-course menu inspired by family recipes, bustling trattorias and the simple philosophy that exceptional ingredients make exceptional food.

Pair that with carefully selected wines and great company, and you have all the ingredients for another unforgettable Supper Club.

Amuse Bouche

Baciata con Mortazza
Traditional Roman white pizza, generously filled with mortadella.

Course 2

Maritozzo Salato di Coda alla Vaccinara
A savoury maritozzo bun filled with slow-braised Roman oxtail stew.

Course 3

Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara
One of Rome’s most iconic pasta dishes, made the traditional way with guanciale, pecorino Romano, egg yolk and black pepper.

Course 4

Porchetta
Slow-roasted pork with burnt apple purée, fennel, anchovy and orange salad.

Dessert

Coffee & Salted Caramel Diplomatica
A Roman take on the classic mille-feuille, layered with delicate pastry, coffee and salted caramel cream.
