A Taste of San Sebastián with Chef Tom

This November, we're heading to San Sebastián.

Together with Chef Tom, we'll explore the food and flavours of one of the world's great culinary destinations through a five-course menu inspired by the Basque Country and the incredible food culture of San Sebastián, or Donostia as it's known in Basque.

Having worked in numerous Michelin kitchens, Tom brings serious experience to the table, but it’s his love of Spanish food and curiosity for Basque cooking that makes this evening particularly exciting. Expect a menu influenced by the pintxo bars, produce, traditions and distinctive cooking of the region, interpreted in Tom's own style.

Pair that with carefully selected wines and great company, and you have all the ingredients for another unforgettable Supper Club.

Slow-braised beef cheek with traditional patatas panaderas, cavolo nero and a rich red wine jus.

A Sweet Finale

Classic Basque cheesecake with blood orange sauce, alongside chocolate mousse with quince and toasted hazelnuts.
