Let Her Speak | Women's Well-being Series | April Session

The Women’s Well-being Series from Let Her Speak was created in response to our community’s growing need for tools and resources around mental health and well-being. 

Since the pandemic, we have seen a sizeable increase in mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, and burnout throughout the world and Knoxville, TN is no exception. 

During this three-month series, we will host discussions, workshops, and activities that focus on how these issues impact women’s mind, body, and spirit. Each will be led by local experts who will provide professional insight to help women where they are and to know that they are not alone.
