We work on a postcode route system.

Once all slots are sold and we have evaluated road closures and the route, we will create the most efficient route possible.
You will then be given an estimated 2-hour arrival window.
π This helps us make sure The Grinch can visit as many families as possible on Christmas Eve!

π CANCELLATION POLICY π
If you cannot attend your visit and cancel at least 2 weeks before the booked date, we can offer you a visit of equal value the following year on next years allocationΒ .
β Refunds are not available for any reason.
You may, however, gift your booking to a friend, provided they live within one of the postcodes we are visiting.
β° If nobody is home at your address when we arrive within your allocated time window, unfortunately we cannot wait, and the visit will be considered completed.
