🎄🚗 CHRISTMAS EVE — IMPORTANT TIMING INFORMATION
Visits take place on 24th December between 9:00AM and 4:30PM.
⚠️ YOU CANNOT CHOOSE A SPECIFIC TIME.
We complete multiple home visits in a chain, so our route is carefully planned to allow us to visit as many families as possible.
📍 The route is planned approximately ONE WEEK before Christmas Eve.
We do this as close to the date as possible because road closures and other changes can affect the route.
⏰ ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR VISIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ESTIMATED 2-HOUR TIME WINDOW.
This cannot be provided earlier and specific times cannot be requested.
💡 If you absolutely need a specific time, please contact us directly for an alternative quote.
These Christmas Eve visits are discounted because you are agreeing to be flexible with your time.
🎁 WANT MICKEY & MINNIE TO DELIVER YOUR GIFTS OR REVEAL A SURPRISE TRIP TO DISNEY?
Absolutely! 🎁✨
This is the perfect opportunity to have us present:
👕 Christmas PJs
🎁 Christmas Eve boxes
Surprise Disney Trip
🎄 Presents
🎁 Special gifts
If you'd like us to do this, simply nip outside a few minutes before your visit once we message to let you know you're the next drop.
Place your items in a bag somewhere we can easily reach, such as your doorstep or another safe place.
📱 Text us to let us know exactly where you've left them.
We'll collect them and bring them in with us as part of our magical entrance! 🐭🎁✨
❄️✨ OPTIONAL SNOW MACHINE MAGIC! ✨❄️
Want to make your Christmas Eve visit extra magical?
❄️❄️❄️ ADD OUR SNOW MACHINE! ❄️❄️❄️
💷 £10 per home
This is an optional add-on and must be selected at checkout.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have access to an outside power supply.
An extension cable can be run from inside through a suitable window/doorway.
The power supply needs to be ready when we arrive, so we can get the snow machine going and create your magical snowy arrival! ❄️✨
🏠 A FEW IMPORTANT HOME VISIT NOTES
We are happy to come inside your home! ❤️
Please help us keep everyone safe by ensuring:
🚪 Doorways are clear
👣 Floors are clear of anything that could cause a trip
🐶 Dogs are ideally kept somewhere safe during the visit, particularly if they may be nervous around character costumes
If your home is particularly difficult to find or access, please let us know before your visit so we can allow extra time where possible.
