⚠️ SPECIFIC TIMES CANNOT BE CHOSEN FOR ANY REASON.

We complete multiple home visits in a chain, so a route is carefully planned to allow us to visit all our booked families.

The route is planned approximately ONE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE.

We do this as close to the date as possible because road closures and other changes can affect the route.

⏰ ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR VISIT, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ESTIMATED 2-HOUR TIME WINDOW.

This cannot be provided sooner.

❗ PLEASE ONLY BOOK IF YOU CAN BE FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR TIME.

If you require a specific time, please contact us directly for an alternative quote. Our Christmas Eve home visits are discounted on the basis that customers can be flexible with their availability.

🎄 CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend your visit for any reason, we will comp your booking to a visit of equal measure the following year.

❌ Refunds are not available.

⏰ If you miss your allocated slot and nobody is home when we arrive, the visit will be considered attended/completedand we cannot wait, as we have other families to visit.
