Let Loose Festival 2027

Let Loose is an independent, grassroots festival built for curious minds, good people and discovering something you didn’t know you liked yet.

Hidden away on a family sheep farm in Mid Wales, Let Loose started with four friends, Vic, Ken, El and Jack, and a fairly simple thought: what if we just made the kind of festival we wanted to go to?

None of us came from the festival or events world. We just loved music, the shared experience around it and that feeling of stumbling across a sound, artist or moment you weren’t looking for.

So in 2026, we made one.

Our first Let Loose brought 150 people together on the farm for a weekend of music, dancing, games, questionable construction decisions and a lot of help from very talented friends.

Now we’re doing it again.

Let Loose is built around four things: curiosity, music discovery, community effort and play.

That means we’re not interested in building a festival where everything revolves around one big name at the top of a poster. We want the music itself to matter. Genres can change, sets can surprise you and artists should have the freedom to have fun, experiment and properly Let Loose.

We design it ourselves. We build it ourselves. We fund it ourselves through ticket sales. And alongside our full-time jobs, we spend a fairly ridiculous amount of our lives trying to make this little patch of Mid Wales feel completely different for one weekend.

We’re growing, but we don’t want to lose what made the first year special.

Small enough to feel shared.
Independent enough to stay strange.
Open enough to discover something new.
