Let's Paint "Milky Way" - Online

Paint for fun from the comfort and safety of your home! The usual Let's Paint Pompey experience is now accessible from an online streaming platform where you can interact and ask questions. No experience & no inspiration needed: our lead-artist will walk you through how to make your unique masterpiece based on a model we created.

Price : £12/person

Duration: 2h – 2h30

Start time: 7:00 PM (London Time)

Option to purchase the recording of the painting session if you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time. We only record on demand so please get in touch to let us know if you want us to record.

For our virtual classes you will need to use your own supplies. We recommend:

• acrylic paint (at least red, blue, yellow, black and white)
• a set of brushes (ideally a large one, a skinny one and one in between)
• a cup of water
• a paper towel
• a palette (any piece of plastic or ceramic plate will do)
• a canvas (we use 30x40cm but you can use any canvas you have, or even just a piece of cardboard cut to size)
• an easel (optional - you can lay the canvas flat on a table)

On the day of your event, WE WILL EMAIL YOU A LINK to join the event. If you haven't received your link by 5:00pm please get in touch.

Please click on the link about 10 minutes before the start time and follow the instructions to join the streaming platform. You can join from an electronic device such as a laptop, computer or tablet with an internet connection.

Special material for this event: a sponge (ideally natural) and an old toothbrush if possible

Tips:

• Keep some drinks and snacks on hand

• Paint may stain clothing: better wear old clothes or an apron. Ideally protect your table as well.
