✨ Outdoor Soundbath by All The Aces ✨

Step into a heart opening journey of deep relaxation and transformation with a Reiki infused Soundbath experience designed to reconnect you with your inner self.

This immersive session includes a Deep Heart Centered Meditation, and a Reiki infused Soundbath to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

🌿 What to expect:

• A bespoke meditation to anchor your intention  and clear the energy for this nurturing and restorative session 

• Reiki infused Soundbath to drench your every cell with life force energy and sound frequencies amplified with crystaline singing bowls and Koshi chimes. The session will also include a reading to help return from a bliss state, to calm, centered, and clear. 

✨Things to note 

• All yoga mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided but you can of course bring your own

• Please wear something comfy and cosy that will allow you to slip into deep relaxation. You might need to bring warm layers or an extra blanket. 

• You may also like to bring a water bottle 

• Please can you make sure you've read the Contraindications over on the website alltheaces.co.uk

• Please come as you are. No pressure, no judgement, just your wonderful selves

Once you have booked, you will be added to a WhatsApp group for the event. As the event is at the flower meadow, there is the option to pick flowers first. We can organise this in the WhatsApp group. There will also be refreshments available on site prior to the session starting.

• The minimum number to run the event is 10. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be refunded.

• Let’s Regulate does not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or injuries caused by the session.
