Unmasked: The Power of Speaking Our Truth is a safe and empowering space where we come together to explore the masks we wear, the truths we hide, and the courage it takes to speak honestly.

In a world where we’re often expected to be “fine,” “strong,” or “put together,” this event invites real conversations about what’s truly going on beneath the surface.

Through powerful speakers, guided discussions, and reflective experiences, we’ll explore how fear, stigma, and judgment keep us silent — and how connection, compassion, and community help us break that silence.

Because when we unmask, we don’t just speak — we begin to heal. This is a space to drop the mask and speak what’s real.

Each of us needs a deeper level of understanding of who we are, our values, our sense of belonging, and our boundaries, based on an awareness of how special we all are as individuals.

Join us, the Let’s Talk Better campaign (LTB), for an insightful event where we’ll create a safe space to explore:

• Why do we wear masks

• What it costs us to keep them on

• And how speaking our truth can transform our relationships, wellbeing, and communities

This is not about oversharing.
It’s about honesty.
It’s about connection.
It’s about permitting ourselves to be real.

This event is for anyone who has ever said “I’m fine” when they weren’t. Whether you’re a professional, parent, young person, community leader, caregiver, or simply someone navigating life’s pressures — Unmasked is for you. If you’ve felt the weight of expectations, struggled to speak openly about what’s really going on, or longed for more honest and meaningful conversations, this space was created with you in mind.

You’ll leave feeling heard, validated, and reminded that you are not alone — with practical insights and renewed courage to show up more authentically in your life and relationships.
