About Jane O'Donnell

Jane is a qualified yoga instructor, with a background in nursing. She is also a qualified hypnotherapist with a grounding in neuro-linguistic programming and coaching, and is trained in advanced communication skills.

Jane has lots of experience in leading group sessions, in which she really enjoys empowering others to develop resilience and tools for managing everyday life.
