Don’t forget to visit the ice cream parlour before or after to enjoy our delicious ice cream which will include some new seasonal special flavours! We also serve hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, toasties and jacket potatoes, waffles and sundaes.

IMPORTANT: Please choose a time slot for your booking and ensure you arrive 5 minutes ahead of this time! We cannot guarantee entry for latecomers. You will begin by visiting Santa's Grotto, then you can enjoy the rest of our festive experience for as long as you like (please allow approximately 1 hour).

Everyone in your party needs a ticket to enter, apart from siblings under 1 who can attend for free, but who will not receive the gift. Please add them to your booking as an additional child ticket if you would like them to receive a gift from Santa.

GROTTO - one family per Grotto visit up to a maximum of 8 people (adults and children). Please make multiple bookings for larger groups.
