In the Advanced Care Management Programme, the HCI aim to provide a comprehensive body of knowledge for key individuals within nursing homes. This knowledge will serve to prepare your nursing home or healthcare organisation for HIQA's new regulations that require you to have effective deputisation arrangements in place. The HCI will highlight regulatory and best practice requirements and provide participants with the skills to apply the tools and techniques to support their implementation, while always ensuring the resident is kept central to the service provided.
