AUTUMN SOUNDS BY THE SEA - REST & RECHARGE RETREAT - BALLYVALOO RETREAT CENTRE - BLACKWATER - WEXFORD

 Saturday September-12th -Monday 14th- 2025

Liam wishes to welcome everyone to a deeply relaxing Autumn Weekend Wellness Break - where guests will enjoy magical Soundbaths and meditations, a Mother Drum Session, Forest Bathing in Raven Wood Nature Reserve, and get an opportunity to be introduced to the deeply healing Shamanic Journeys, not forgetting a gentle introduction to the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra, plus time to connect with and explore Nature in a beautiful setting with delicious nurturing food and guided walks/forest bathing - last but not least, private access to the 11km beach made famous by Saving Private Ryan... hard to resist…🙏💙🌊

Itinerary/Schedule:

FRIDAY - Arrival from 4pm

Dinner 6pm

Opening Circle – 7pm

Yoga Nidra followed by Soundbath (for Deep Rest & Sleep) – 7.30pm - 9.30pm

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a beautiful and simple guided meditation for deep relaxation

SATURDAY

Optional Beach Walk/ Swim – 7am

Guided Meditation (Silence) 8am

Breakfast  9am

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying - 10am – 12pm

Shamanic Journeying is a beautiful ancient spiritual practice, not unlike lucid dreaming, where you learn to use your imagination, while listening to the beats of a drum, to connect with a spirit guide or power animal to ask for help, healing, guidance or wisdom

Bring a journal and pen to write down your experiences (journals and pens provided)

Lunch 1pm

Guided Nature Walk/Forest Bathing experience 2pm-3.30pm

Forest Bathing is a beautiful practice of slowly opening your senses up to Nature 

3.30pm – 6pm – Free Time – Nature Connection/Woods Walk in Raven Nature Reserve/Beach walk

Dinner 6 pm

7.30pm-10pm - Drumming Workshop Session (featuring The large Mother Earth/Pacha Mama/Pow wow Drum used in ceremonial communal drumming) - followed by Soundbath (for Deep relaxation and release)

Drumming is a powerful way to reduce stress, boost mood and connect with the heartbeat of Mother Nature 

SUNDAY

8am - Guided Nature Meditation – Beach Walk

Breakfast 9am

10.00am - 12.00pm

Guided Sound Meditation (Sacred solfeggio and healing frequency pipes)

followed by

Gentle Gong Bath (Reset & Recharge)

Closing Circle – 12pm – 12.30pm

Lunch 1pm

Liam Oragh is an experienced Sound Therapist and Retreat Host, a graduate of the Celtic School of Soundhealing, the Bel Canto School of Singing and the Irish Centre for Shamanic Studies and is a professional member of the Association of Sound Therapists Ireland (AOSTI)

Pricing/Exchange - Retreat Fee -€480 (Deposit of €160 to secure a place with the balance of €320 payable on arrival)
