SUMMER SOUNDS
Sunday May 29th - 10am-12pm
Victor's Way Indian Sculpture and Meditation Park, Roundwood, County Wicklow
Please join me for an exciting Summer Sounds Morning Event in magical Victor's Way where we shall enjoy exclusive before hours access to this beautiful statue park - for a full sound bath, plus nature meditation, mantras, chats and a little Chi Gung to open and close - promises to be a special Summer mini-retreat highlight of the year where we can reflect and heal in person in Nature while celebrating this Summer of Fun - limited places, weather dependent, price €35, entrance fee to park included - Bring yoga mat and blanket/throw or sleeping bag and pillow or cushion or anything to make yourself feel comfortable, journal/pen, hat, quilted jacket, bottle of water, water resistent footware, camping chair, etc
A sound bath is a powerful sonic meditation that enables deep relaxation and emotional release through immersion in the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, rattles, drums, chimes, pipes and other traditional and sacred instruments.
With Liam Oragh you are in the hands of an experienced sound healer and meditation guide/retreat leader who will transport you to the heart of a vibrant soundscape where body, mind and soul can relax, rejoice and heal - plus there is the added magic of all of the healing sounds mixing with the healing sounds of nature in this special outdoor setting - After a long 2 years of pandemic this is the perfect opportunity to reflect and heal and recharge as we celebrate the Summer of Fun
Directions to Victor's Way - from Dublin - take the N11 to Kilmacanogue and follow the signs for Roundwood (R755) - after about 8 or 9Km, watch out for the sign for the Sally gap and turn right onto the Sallygap road (R759), then at the first crossroads after about 500 metres turn left, and Victor's way is another half a kilometer up the road on the left, drive slowly so you won't miss the entrance.
