Summer-Explorers @ The Garden-by-the-Plant, Whitwell

*** All ages welcome for our summer session! ***

Mini-Explorers is a small, child-led, stay and play group situated in a beautiful woodland garden area. There will be a variety of activities set up for you and your child to explore at your own pace; typical activities include; mud kitchen area, bug discovery, nature trails, books and musical instruments, seasonal crafts, suitable forest school activities.

I will provide warm drinks for adults (you may want to bring your own travel cup!) and water or squash for children and, weather permitting, we will have a small snack cooked on the fire (weather permitting! If it has not rained we will cancel the fire for safety reasons.)

You are welcome to bring a picnic blanket (or chair).... bring a picnic if you'd like to!  If your child has any specific needs please don't hesitate to contact me.

We have a compost toilet on site, and shelter should the weather turn wet.

There is free off-road parking (put S80 4SB, and Whitwell Community Garden into Google, and look for the INFNIS sign for the entrance to the carpark).
