The night will be hosted at The Apollo group's newest Sydney venue, Olympus. A fine-dining restaurant which brings its take on a contemporary Greek grill house to Surry Hills and the only restaurant in Sydney to feature a retractable glass atrium that transforms into an open-air garden dining experience.
