Super Strong Minds - Resilience Workshop

Super Strong Minds is our 2-day Resilience Workshop to help young people to be their best selves!

Dates: Monday 28th July 10am-4pm and Tuesday 29th July 10am-4pm. Children should attend both days. (If you require an earlier drop-off, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate).
Suitable for: Children aged 8-14
Cost: £140  (15% earlybird discount for bookings made before May 30th. Use code 'earlybird' at checkout).
We donate 10% of course fees to a charity chosen by the children during the course.
Venue: Floreat Montague Park Primary School, Wokingham

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 12 children

About the Workshop
Our Super Strong Minds workshop aims to empower children by helping them to understand the power of their mindset. We want to build their self-esteem and help them find the confidence to embrace their true selves, to persevere and not to let challenges get in the way of leading a full and happy life. The workshop will covers serious topics but it will be delivered in a fun and engaging way. It is a mix of discussion and fun activities, so they will learn a lot while having a great time!

We will cover topics such as:

• What resilience is and why it's important in life
• The joy of making mistakes, taking risks and embracing failure
• Understanding how our brains work and how that affects our behaviour
• Managing our emotions
• Growth mindset vs fixed mindset - instilling the belief that we can get better at things.
• Kindness - building a strong support network AND being kind to ourselves
• Building a Resilience Toolkit - tips and techniques to use when things get tricky.

Overall, the workshop is designed to help children be the best versions of themselves, regardless of what is going on in the world around them.
