The Life Medicine Collective invites you to an afternoon of connection, breath, and transpersonal exploration.
Dan and his team are honoured to hold space as we journey together into deeper layers of presence, self-discovery, and the hidden territories of psyche—meeting the parts of ourselves that long to be witnessed.
Join us for a carefully guided ceremony that weaves Conscious-Connected Breathwork and immersive sonic soundscapes, followed by a fire circle and sharing process to support reflection and integration. This experience is an invitation to turn inward and explore what lies beneath the surface of daily life. Through intentional breath, we create space for shadow integration—meeting the disowned and unconscious with compassion; somatic release—allowing the body's wisdom to guide us; and transpersonal emergence—opening to experiences beyond the personal ego and into archetypal dimensions of consciousness.
The afternoon is an intentional invitation to pause and reconnect, turn inward and explore, create space from the rush of life, from looping thoughts, from expectations and judgment. In this spaciousness, there is more room to breathe deeply, to feel more fully, and meet yourself with true clarity and compassion.
This is not a workshop of techniques, but an experiential descent—a conscious movement toward wholeness.

Beneath the surface of our lives lies a deeper story—one often shaped by unspoken emotions, unmet needs, and the shadow aspects of self we’ve learned to turn away from. These hidden layers can leave us feeling disconnected: from our bodies, our relationships, the land we stand on, and the truth of who we are.
Luminara is a half-day immersive experience designed to help you reconnect and reclaim those lost parts of yourself. Guided through a powerful arc of holotropic Breathwork, deep sound healing, and an integrative circle, you will be invited to journey inward with courage and clarity.
What to Bring / Prepare:
- Cushion, eye pillow, blanket (optional)
- Water Bottle
- Journal and pen (optional if you feel like you want to record anything before you forget)
- Open mind, Open heart,
- Avoid caffeine on the day
- Eat lightly on the day
- Dress comfortably and with layers
- And... anything that grounds you or makes you feel safe (essential oil, particular crystal, picture etc etc..)

It is important that our facilitators are aware of your health status. Certain medical conditions may limit your participation in breathwork. Breathwork can involve dramatic experiences accompanied by strong emotional and physical release.
Contraindications:
This process is not appropriate for pregnant women, or for persons with cardiovascular issues, severe hypertension, detached retina, glaucoma, high blood pressure that is not controlled by medication, severe mental health issues (Bipolar or Schizophrenia), epilepsy, seizures or other neurological conditions, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious disease, or recent respiratory infection such as COVID.
*Nb: Asthma is not a contraindication; however, we ask that you bring your inhaler to the ceremony if you have asthma.
If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, consult your GP, physician, or therapist as well as the facilitators prior to attending.
COVID Policy:
Participants must be aware that the risk of acquiring COVID during this ceremony is NOT zero. All participants should consider their own participation in light of this. If you contract COVID prior to the ceremony, your ticket fee will be credited to a future Life Medicine Collective event.
