Quality of Touch

What is it that makes for good touch? Personal experience aside, we believe there are some core elements that we can cultivate and practice within ourselves, which allow us to be more intentional with our touch, no matter what the form or context, from a handshake to a hug to a massage to sex. In this 2-3h workshop we will use solo, duo and group exercises to explore some of the fundamental dynamics around giving and receiving grounding, connected, stimulating, and really just good touch.
