This is the first time that the film of The Emigant Woman's Tale will be shown in public.
The film of Fil Campbell and Csilla Toldy's stage show was directed by Alistair Livingstone and made during the lock down with a small professional film crew from Slack Press Studio in Newry.
Colum Sands, on BBC Radio Ulster said of the show: “Fil Campbell and Csilla Toldy draw on memories of Belleek and Budapest to weave a striking tapestry of song, poetry and spoken word. They take their audience on a journey that crosses borders on maps and in minds in search of that elusive place that we call home. An inspirational performance that is sometimes humorous, often moving and always thought provoking....highly recommended.”
The screening of the film is part of the Community Relations Council 'Good Relations Week' and will be followed by a a Q&A session.
The ticket price includes a finger buffet provided by Bart at The Rostrevor Inn.
