The Lilian Prime MS Centre is a Derby-based charity dedicated to supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other similar neurological conditions.
Through a wide range of therapies, exercise classes, social activities and wellbeing services, the Centre provides practical support, friendship and a welcoming community where people can connect, thrive and live well. The Centre also works closely with volunteers, carers and local partners to improve the lives of those affected across Derby and the surrounding area.
